In April 2007 Esther Wahome HSC worked with Amref and participated in a music concert that raised funds for H.I.V and Aids orphans, in Nairobi alongside Kenya’s Eric Wainaina and England’s Musician Ken Bunton.

Esther Wahome HSC has worked severally with Unicef and especially with the “Child Line” campaign in Kenya. Esther Wahome HSC is a friend of the children and the parents of Kenyatta national hospital
cancer ward and often visits the ward, and participates in their social activities giving the children hope through her music and presence.

In March 2008, with the sponsorship of Doxa Music, Zambia, Zambia broadcasting corporation, Cure INternational Hospital, Kenya airways and Holiday Inn. Esther Wahome HSC did concerts in Zambia to raise funds for Beit Cure International Hospital a hospital that treats disabled children for free.

In October 2008 Esther Wahome HSC laid the foundation for the first sanitary facility for Namuongo slum in Kampala Uganda under the invitation of M.B.F (Missions Beyond Frontiers) an NGO in Uganda that seeks to improve the lives of slums community.
